• High School Diploma or education equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
• Prefer candidates with an Electro-Mechanical Technology Degree and Rockwell PLC experience.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed, industrial process equipment.
• Proficiency in using electronic test equipment, basic hand and power tools.
• Capable of understanding operating principles and instructing personnel effectively.
• Comfortable with computer usage and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work environment.
• Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
