• One of the following:
  National Group Fitness certification, yoga certification, cycle certification, pilates certification, Les Mills certification
• Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members, aiding wellness, and building relationships
• The ability to adapt your class/style for the members in front of you

• Finding new and engaging ways to connect with our members during class
• Instructing an effective, safe class for all abilities in the gym
• Willing and able to serve as a substitute for fellow instructors
• To be proud to wear your Y gear and be an advocate for us

• To be a part of a fun, diverse team
• For your supervisor to be your biggest supporter
• To have hundreds of class options to teach
• Flexibility that works around your life
