Sigma Continental/Crew Cargo is searching for experienced CDL drivers to join our team. We are a Contracted Service Provider for Fed Ex Ground out of the new Fairless Hills Hub. We are currently looking for full-time CDL-A drivers to join our team. Our mission is to provide timely, courteous, and professional experiences to our team and customers alike.

• AM Positions - Home Daily
• No Touch Freight!!!! - Drop & hook
• Regional Routes - Terminal to Terminal
• Drive double trailers/53 ft., depending on the loads

Compensation: .80 Cents Per Mile

• $1,100 weekly minimum
• Drivers should routinely earn $1300 to $1500 weekly most weeks based on historic miles
• Dispatch times range from 4 am to 8 am depending on the run
• 5 days a week (could include 1 weekend day, depends on run)

• A Minimum Age of 21
• Valid Class-A CDL
• 12 Months Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience Within Last 3 Years, or;
• 5 Years Within Last 10 Years.
• Doubles Endorsement (Doubles Experience Not Required – Must Have Endorsement Prior to Start Date)
• Clean MVR
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No Cellphone or Texting Tickets

• 401k after 30 days (fully match the first 3% the driver contributes, then 0.5% after that to a maximum match of 4%)
• 1 Week of PTO earned after 6 months, a 2nd week earned after 1 year
