Overview
We are seeking a real estate attorney with at least seven years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and be prepared to collaborate with other attorneys on complex matters.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and related documents.
- Advise clients on land use, zoning, and title matters.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership (or eligibility) in Maine
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex transactions and work effectively in a team environment.
- A portable book of business is not required.
