Location: Falmouth, ME 04105
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $40/hr
Contract Length: 16 Weeks
Shift: AM Shift | 8.5 Hours

Position OverviewSedgewood Commons is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team on a part-time contract basis. The LPN will play a key role in supporting residents, administering nursing care, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment within a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervising RN or provider.
- Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support daily activities and collaborate effectively with staff and interdisciplinary team members.
- Active LPN license in the state of Maine.
- Must present a state or federal-issued arrival and wear a photo badge at all times.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide documented medical or religious exemption from employer (additional doses required if mandated).
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
