Job Summary:

This role is ideal for an electrician who wants to apply their skills in a dynamic field that includes security systems, fire alarm installations, and low-voltage integrations.

As a key team member, you’ll perform electrical installations, service work, and troubleshoot systems in both commercial and residential environments. You will work closely with our fire and security technicians to ensure code-compliant and professional installations.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and maintain electrical systems in compliance with NEC, local, and state codes.
• Run and terminate wire for fire alarms, security systems, and related low-voltage devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and low-voltage issues.
• Perform system upgrades, retrofits, and new installations.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Work independently or as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

What You’ll Need:

• Valid Electrician’s License – Journeyman or Master (State of Maine)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical work; low-voltage/fire/security experience a plus.
• Familiarity with fire alarm panel programming and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass the background check.
• Must be able to lift to 80 pounds at a time.
