A Family-Owned H&R Block Franchise, with offices in Falmouth, Mashpee, and Sandwich, seek to hire experienced and driven tax professionals for employment in one of our two offices located in Falmouth

Day to day, you’ll…

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients
• Prepare complete and accurate in-person as well as drop-off tax returns
• Offer additional products and services
• Mentor and support teammates

What you’ll bring to the team…

• Experience completing individual tax returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (not required)
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
• Ability to meet IRS requirements and completion of continuing education courses (CE)

Note:

* Preference is to hire an individual with plenty of tax preparation experience over a distinguished career. Initial hourly rate to be agreed upon, based mainly on experience. Also taking into account the tax professionals commitment and anticipated tax preparation volume. Compensation is a range - based on extremely knowledgeable and seasoned tax professionals having a heavy workload throughout tax season.

Including potential bonus compensation.
