We’re looking to add one true A-level automotive technician to our team — someone who is confident in their craft, values collaboration, and enjoys being part of a strong shop without needing a title or management role.

We have a foreman in place and a solid core team. What we’re missing is a technical cornerstone — an A-tech others respect for the quality of their work, judgment, and consistency.

• Are currently working as a high-level A technician
• Are confident handling complex diagnostics and difficult repairs
• Take pride in workmanship, documentation, and accountability
• Enjoy working alongside other technicians and sharing best practices when appropriate
• Lead by example rather than position or title
• Want a long-term professional home, not a stepping stone
