As a dual-site Practice Manager at our Falmouth & Plymouth, Massachusetts urgent care clinics, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic while contributing to its long-term strategic goals. Your Impact- Operational Management:
- Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Manage scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.
- Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as point of contact for patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.
- Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
- Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Dual Site Management:
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational workflows across two clinic locations (Falmouth & Plymouth).
- Monitor performance metrics at each site, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to ensure both clinics operate smoothly and consistently.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communication and
Collaboration:Partner with your District Director and corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.
- Exceptional people manager and team leader:
- 3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.
- Dual‑site leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in similar roles:
Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
- Driven and self‑motivated:
Ability to work independently, possess initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) and cross‑collaborator:
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
- Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry:
Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.
- Technically savvy:
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
- Availability:
