Compensation
Range = $27,618 to $96,677 annually*
* Range above represents difficulty of care payments paid to a caregiver for providing personal care services to an eligible person residing either in the caregiver’s home or in the person’s own home. Stipend rates are contingent upon assessed needs of the person and subject to state approval. Stipend levels 18 through 21 are available only by special application to the purchasing governmental unit.

Nonotuck is seeking a well-balanced caregiver to move in with, live and care for a person with disabilities in their home in Falmouth MA. The caregiver helps the person with their daily activities, health, wellness, encourages community participation, and promotes a safe and meaningful lifestyle.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to planning and cooking meals together each day, participating in community and social activities, providing transportation, and scheduling and overseeing medical care and appointments.
The caregiver will need to supervise in areas such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and budgeting. Lastly, there may be a need to provide emotional and behavioral support.
We will consider applicants who are willing to move into the home of one of our members. We are looking for people who are single, couples, families, people with or without children and pets. No previous experience necessary.

- Monthly in-home visits from Nonotuck staff

- Training available: safety skills, medication management, and First/Aid CPR
- 24‑hour emergency on‑call assistance
- Non‑smoker preferred. No smoking in the home
Caregivers and their families must be found suitable through a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and National Fingerprint check.
