What you will do at work as an apprentice:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Updating company databases and CRM systems
- Supporting finance and HR with administrative tasks
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock
- Assisting with projects and events
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
- Completing apprenticeship coursework and attending training sessions
- Regularly meet with managers and supervisors to track progress
On completion of a successful apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for a full-time position.
