- * Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site
- * Monitoring progress against the construction programme
- * Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- * Ensuring works meet the required quality and specification
- * Identifying and resolving site issues promptly
- * Conducting site inspections and maintaining accurate records
- * Working closely with the wider project team to achieve successful delivery
- * Proven experience managing residential construction projects
- * Strong subcontractor management skills
- * Excellent attention to detail
- * The ability to manage programme, quality and costs effectively
- * Strong communication and organisational skills
- * A valid SMSTS certificate
- * A valid CSCS card
- * A valid First Aid certificate
- * Immediate availability
