Due to internal progression, Ocean BMW is looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team. The RoleAs a BMW Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey, ensuring they receive a seamless, professional experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service in line with BMW and Ocean Group standards.
- Managing customer bookings, vehicle check-ins and handovers.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Liaising with technicians, Workshop Control and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Presenting Vehicle Health Check findings and recommending additional work where appropriate.
- Resolving customer queries professionally and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
- Contributing to customer satisfaction and departmental performance targets.
We're looking for someone who:

A full UK driving licence is essential.
Working Hours40 hours per week
Monday-Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
- 8:00am - 1630
- 9:30am - 1800
- Saturday mornings on a rota basis (8:30am - 1:00pm)
- 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
