M  Dental are currently assisting independent dental practices in Falmouth and Camborne, Cornwall to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated manager to lead two busy, modern practices and drive growth, development, and operational excellence.

• Available ASAP (notice periods considered)

• Full-time 5 days per week, Monday Friday, 8:45am 5:15pm

• Salary from £35,700 per annum depending on experience

• Car parking available at both sites

• Opportunity to lead two independent, established practices

About the Practices:

• Independent practices in Falmouth (TR11) & Camborne (TR14)

• Each site has 2 surgeries and is computerised with Dentally

• Offer general dentistry alongside urgent care, Orthodontics, Special Care & MOS

• Supportive and professional teams

About the Role:

The Dual-Site Practice Manager will oversee operations at both locations to ensure smooth day-to-day management and practice growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Marketing and patient engagement initiatives

• Staff development and HR duties

• Compliance and CQC standards

• Managing KPI s, practice budgets, and finances

• Driving private revenue and operational efficiency

• Leading and motivating teams at both sites

About You:

• Minimum 1 year dental practice management experience

• Patient-focused, self-motivated, and an inspirational team leader

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• DBS check required
