M  Dental are currently assisting independent dental practices in Falmouth and Camborne, Cornwall to recruit a Dual‑Site Dental Practice Manager on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated manager to lead two busy, modern practices and drive growth, development, and operational excellence.

• Available ASAP (notice periods considered)
• Full‑time – 5 days per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:45 am‑5:15 pm
• Salary from £35,700 per annum depending on experience
• Car parking available at both sites
• Opportunity to lead two independent, established practices

• Independent practices in Falmouth (TR11) & Camborne (TR14)
• Each site has 2 surgeries and is computerised with Dentally
• Offer general dentistry alongside urgent care, Orthodontics, Special Care & MOS
• Supportive and professional teams

The Dual‑Site Practice Manager will oversee operations at both locations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day management and practice growth.

• Marketing and patient engagement initiatives
• Staff development and HR duties
• Compliance and CQC standards
• Managing KPI's, practice budgets, and finances
• Driving private revenue and operational efficiency
• Leading and motivating teams at both sites

• Minimum 1 year dental practice management experience
• Patient‑focused, self‑motivated, and an inspirational team leader
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• DBS check required
