ContractFixed term to 31/08/2027 in the first instance, Part time 21 hours

Shortlisted candidates will be notified by email Qualifications- Educated to a minimum of level 3 essential
- Educated to A level/NVQ 3
- Record keeping, data entry, and report preparation
- Customer service skills and a professional front-of-house manner
- Problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced school environment
- Excellent IT skills, including HR/payroll systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience maintaining HR, payroll or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance
- Ability to manage schedules, resources, and logistics efficiently
- Business administration qualifications an advantage
- Team collaboration and support for teaching and leadership staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff, parents, and external agencies essential
- Effective time management and organisational abilities essential
- Commitment to inclusion, equality, and safeguarding essential
- Proficiency in IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Adaptability to changing priorities and school needs
