CAD Design Manager, Falmouth, up to £45k
We are building a new team of CAD designers and need an experienced CAD Design Manager to lead, motivate, and nurture the group.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of CAD designers.
- Drive high‑quality CAD development using Solidworks and 3‑D drawing techniques.
- Integrate CAD work with MRP, CRM, and Office systems.
- Maintain and oversee Bill of Materials (BOMs) and related documentation.
- Proven experience as a CAD Design Manager or in a senior CAD role.
- Strong knowledge of MRP, CRM, Office, BOMs, Solidworks and 3‑D drafting.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team‑development skills.
- Salary dependent on experience, likely above the regional average.
