Position Summary
We are hiring a cloud‑native, Dev Ops‑fluent Solutions Engineer to own the technical sales cycle across the UK and assist in EMEA. The role operates as the owner of their territory – a strategic technical partner to Sales who can architect solutions, write code to prove a point, and close business.
What You'll DoThis candidate must be able to credibly engage with Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, SRE, and Security teams. The baseline is hands‑on, not theoretical.
- Linux CLI fluency – comfortable SSHing into production systems, reading logs, scripting in Bash, and troubleshooting live environments
- IAM depth – understands RBAC, ABAC, federation, SAML/OIDC, service accounts, and the identity chain from IdP to workload
- Cloud platform experience – AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi‑cloud preferred); can navigate IAM policies, VPCs, security groups, and cloud‑native services
- Kubernetes – can explain pod security, RBAC, name spaces, exec sessions, and how teams actually manage access to clusters in production
- Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, Pulumi, or Cloud Formation; understands state management, provider patterns, and how IaC fits into CI/CD
- CI/CD pipelines – built or managed pipelines in Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar; understands secrets injection, deployment gates, and pipeline security
The ideal candidate can write code, not just talk about it. This is what separates a Strong
DM SE from a traditional PAM SE.
- Can write Python, Go, or Type Script well enough to build demo integrations, automate POV environments, and script provisioning workflows
- Has built or contributed to internal tools, CLI utilities, Terraform providers, or open‑source projects
- Understands API‑first architectures – can read API docs, build integrations against REST/Graph
QL endpoints, and demo programmatic access management
- Direct PAM experience (Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Teleport, Hashi Corp Boundary)
- Cloud security posture (CSPM, CIEM, CNAPP concepts)
- Experience running structured POVs with defined success criteria
- Competitive selling against Cyber Ark, Teleport, or the Palo Alto Networks stack
- Familiarity with Cedar Policy Language
- Non‑Human Identity (NHI) governance or AI agent security awareness
- Competitive salaries and a meaningful bonus program
- Healthcare insurance, pension/retirement matching, comprehensive life insurance, employee assistance program, time‑off plans, and paid company holidays
- Meaningful work, a culture of innovation, and great career progression
- Spirited – We bring energy and passion to everything we do
- Trust – We act with integrity and deliver on our commitments
- Respect – We listen, value different perspectives, and work as one team
- Ownership – We take initiative and follow through
- Nimble – We adapt quickly in a fast‑changing environment
- Global – We embrace diverse people and ideas to drive better outcomes
