Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions in Falmouth seeks a CNC Setter/Operator to join the on-site machine shop. You will set and operate CNC machines (multi-axis lathes/milling) to produce high-quality machined parts supporting biopharma, medical, water and food industries.
Shift patterns alternate weekly, with an hourly rate plus shift allowance. The role focuses on achieving on-time, in-full delivery to spec, maintaining TPM, and driving process improvements within a supportive team
