Description

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Shift Pattern

Week 1 - 6am - 2pm.

Week 2 - 2pm - 10pm

Profile

A successful CNC Setter Operator should have:

Experience in operating and setting CNC machinery within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
A solid understanding of machining processes and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety practices.

Job Offer

£38,000 - £41,000, dependent on the level of experience.
A permanent position within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
