Our customers rely on us to deliver a safe and secure experience. The role involves patrolling the marina and boatyard, conducting safety checks, overseeing access to secure areas, and monitoring CCTV.

• Proven customer service or customer-facing experience
• A "can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to learn and use computer software systems

Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds would be beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.

The role includes 12‑hour night shifts as per the duty rota, with some weekend and bank/public holiday work, and limited day shifts. Average weekly hours are 26, though this can vary with the shift rotation.
