• Managing client bookkeeping, including preparation of VAT returns from source documents and bookkeeping records
• Liaising directly with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Assisting with management accounts for those interested in broader financial reporting
• Supporting the team with ad-hoc accounting tasks and maintaining compliance standards
• Contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth by delivering high-quality service

• Proven experience with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and client liaison within a practice environment
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with clients
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working setting
