We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Purchasing Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Commercial Director.
Role Overview Rinkit is quite unique in its approach. When a new product or range is sourced, we strive not only to make the initial investment a success – but to ensure replenishment orders are placed in an efficient and well-timed manner. This approach has been vital to our growth - with a sales team operating on more than a dozen marketplaces and a growing trade division, Rinkit is currently selling in excess of 250,000 items per week.
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Director as well as the wider commercial team. The successful candidate will provide a high-level of administrative support, enabling the commercial department to run as smoothly as possible. The role will be centred around purchasing and the swift introduction of new products. This role requires, strong attention to detail, problem solving and excellent multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in project coordination and follow-ups on key action points.
- Provide general administrative support, including order creation, documentation reviews and research.
- Organise and process supplier samples Requirements - Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Direct Purchasing/Supply Chain knowledge is not essential, however is advantageous.
