Continuous Improvement Analyst - Aerospace Manufacturing

📍 Titchfield, Hampshire | PAYE Contract to February 2027

Our aerospace manufacturing client based in Titchfield is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst to join their team on a PAYE contract basis through to February 2027. This role will play a key part in supporting the site's transition to Daedalus, the organisation's new Centre of Excellence, while driving continuous improvement activities and preparing the business for a successful site move.

Working alongside the Continuous Improvement team, you will support the implementation and enhancement of CI processes, analyse business performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and lead structured improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key requirements:

Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.

Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or other industrial environments.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving tools (A3, 8D, DMAIC), and data analysis.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
Ability to work on-site in Titchfield and support activities linked to the Daedalus site move.

The role is being considered at either a level 6 or a level 7 grade internally, and therefore offering rates, up to around £20-25ph (circa £23-£28 including holiday pay) with flexibility depending on the successful candidate's skills and experience.

Due to ITAR restrictions, applicants must be eligible to live and work freely in the UK and meet the relevant export control requirements.
