Senior Specialist: Alumni Relations

Senior Specialist, Alumni Relations Mayer Brown | London | Hybrid Working Join a leading international law firm and play a key role in growing and engaging Mayer Brown's global alumni network.

The Role Working closely with the Assistant Director, Global Alumni Relations, you will support alumni engagement through communications, events, relationship management, CRM administration, and strategic networking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Manage alumni communications, newsletters, and engagement campaigns. Build relationships with alumni across global offices and practice groups. Coordinate virtual and in-person networking events, webinars, and reunions. Maintain alumni data, reporting, and CRM records. Promote alumni programmes, referrals, mentoring, and professional development initiatives. Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Business Development teams on alumni-focused activities. About You 3 years' experience in alumni relations, events, marketing, business development, communications, or relationship management.

Strong event management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
