Here at Keyman we are recruiting on a contract basis for a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.Budget Management:
Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.Team Coordination:
Lead and coordinate the work of various teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards and specifications.Problem Solving:
Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
