Qualifications- Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
- Professional Accreditation: Membership or accreditation from recognized professional bodies such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is preferred.
- Experience: Proven working experience in quantity surveying or a related role in construction.
