Crane Supervisor

Salary: GBP
30.55 - GBP
30.55 per hour + PAYE

Danny Sullivan Group is looking for a Lifting Supervisor to work with a client in Southampton area for night shifts.

• Supervising all lifting operations in accordance with current health & safety legislation.
• Coordinating crane movements and lifting activities safely and efficiently across the site.
• Liaising with crane operators, slingers/signallers, logistics teams, and site management.
• Ensuring lifting plans and RAMS are followed correctly at all times.
• Conducting pre-lift checks and monitoring lifting zones for potential hazards.
• Maintaining safe systems of work throughout the duration of the shift.
• Reporting any safety concerns or operational issues to site management promptly.

• Valid CPCS Blue Card – Crane Supervisor.
• Previous experience working as a Crane Supervisor on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of lifting operations, site safety procedures, and lifting regulations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for the full duration of the assignment.
