Insurance Reinstatement Surveyor | Company Vehicle

I am looking for an experienced surveyor

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per year + Company Vehicle + Benefits

The Role

You will be responsible for managing insurance reinstatement and repair projects from survey through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Carrying out property surveys and preparing scopes of work

Managing repair and reinstatement projects

Scheduling works and coordinating trades

Liaising with clients, insurers, contractors, and suppliers

Updating client portals and job management systems

Monitoring progress, quality, and costs

Requirements

Experience in insurance reinstatement preferred but not essential

Background in construction, surveying, repairs, or contracts management

Good organisational and communication skills

Understanding of scheduling and client portals beneficial

. Good communication and customer service experience

Full UK driving licence

The role offers the following

45,000 - 50,000 salary depending on experience
