We are seeking skilled and reliable Demolition Operatives or Labourers to join a reputable client in Hampshire. This role requires a valid CCDO or CSCS card and, ideally, an Asbestos Awareness certification
. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely conducting demolition tasks and preparing sites for subsequent construction activities.

• Execute demolition tasks, including structural dismantling, breaking down walls, and clearing debris.
• Safely operate and manage demolition equipment as required.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project targets and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, with a particular focus on asbestos handling where applicable.
• Ensure that work areas are safe, tidy, and ready for follow-on trades.

• CCDO or CSCS card (essential).
• Proven experience in demolition or construction labour is advantageous.
• Physically capable of performing manual labour in different weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Own PPE is preferred, but not required.
• Hourly Rate
  : £14.50 - £24.00 per hour, depending on experience and contract type.
