We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Projects team, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple refurbishment and construction projects across our customer estate.
This role would particularly suit an experienced Site Manager, Site Supervisor or construction professional from a strong trade background who is ready to take the next step in their career.

, coordinating site teams, directly employed trades, subcontractors and suppliers across a number of locations.
You’ll be supported by an established operational, commercial and Health & Safety team while being given genuine responsibility for your own portfolio of projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has developed strong practical construction and site-management experience and is now ready to step away from the day-to-day tools and progress into a broader project management role
.

- Monitor project costs, labour, procurement and subcontract expenditure against budget.
- Manage variations and changes to the agreed scope of works.
- Support the pricing and commercial management of projects.
- Ensure workmanship and finished projects meet our required quality standards.

- Maintain oversight of several projects simultaneously while ensuring each receives the attention required.
We’re interested in people with strong practical construction knowledge and proven experience managing sites, trades or refurbishment works
.
You don’t necessarily need to already have the title of Project Manager. This could be the ideal opportunity if you are an experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor looking to progress away from working on the tools and into a broader project management role
.
