• Plan, coordinate, and execute UK conferences, trade shows, and customer events, ensuring alignment with company business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to design event experiences that enhance brand and engage target audience.
• Oversee event logistics – venue selection, vendor coordination, presentations, budgeting, and timeline adherence – ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by working with external partners and stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and analyse event success metrics, providing recommendations for future improvements.
• Support the design, production and distribution of branded merchandise, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
• Source and produce high‑quality, sustainable merchandise that resonates with target audience.
• Manage inventory and distribution of merchandise, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget.

• Proficiency with project management and budgeting tools.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors, flexible to fast‑paced environments.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with willingness to handle both planning and on‑site execution.
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%) for on‑site event management.
