Position OverviewAs a Regional Events Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, and execute UK conferences, trade shows, and customer events. You will collaborate closely with marketing business partners to deliver engaging, on‑brand event experiences that align with business goals, while managing vendors, logistics, and event performance evaluation.
This role is a temporary 12‑month contract covering maternity leave.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute UK conferences, trade shows, and customer events ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing business partners to design event experiences that enhance the company’s brand and engage the target audience.
- Oversee and execute event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, preparing presentations, budget management, timeline adherence, and event setup – ensuring that all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements by working closely with external partners and stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and analyse event success metrics, providing recommendations to improve future events.
- Oversee and support the design, production, and distribution of branded merchandise, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and produce high‑quality, sustainable merchandise that resonates with the company’s target audience.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that all items are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyse merchandise performance, using feedback and sales data to optimise product offerings and improve future merchandise campaigns.
- Proficiency with project management and budgeting tools.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors, with the flexibility to adapt to fast‑paced environments.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a willingness to handle both planning and on‑site execution directly.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%) for on‑site event management as required.
