Position: Sports Graduate Cover Supervisor (Contract)

Quokka Education works in partnership with several secondary schools in Fareham and Gosport.

We’re looking for confident, energetic individuals with a background in sport to work as Cover Supervisors, starting as soon as possible.

This role is ideal if you’re considering teacher training and want real classroom experience first. Through our partnerships, we can also introduce you to high-quality teacher training providers across Hampshire, including salaried QTS routes.

No classroom experience? That’s okay - we’ll support you every step of the way.

What the role looks like:

• Supervising classes using pre-set lesson plans

• Keeping students focused and on task

• Following school routines and behaviour policies

• Working across different subjects and year groups

Who we’re especially keen to hear from:

• Sports graduates or students

• Sports coaches or mentors working with young people

• Aspiring PE teachers

• Graduates looking for classroom experience before teacher training

• Confident, adaptable, and energetic individuals
