Most supply teachers don’t - which makes fair daily pay even more important.

We’re currently supporting secondary schools in Fareham and and are looking to work with committed, versatile teachers who value transparency, respect, and fair pay.

What working with us looks like:
• £170 per day via PAYE - No hidden deductions or suprises.

• Daily and short-term supply - no planning, no marking

• Flexible work (a few days a week or something more regular)

• Local secondary schools - no long commutes

• Clear, honest conversations about pay - no grey areas

• Qualified (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)
