Salary: £32,896 - £41,592 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract:
Full Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)
An established Further Education provider in the South of England is seeking a Plumbing Assessor to support apprentices and learners through their training journey, helping them develop the technical skills, knowledge and behaviours required to succeed within the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver learner inductions and onboarding activities
- Provide theory and practical training sessions
- Conduct workplace observations, assessments and progress reviews
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records
- Support learners to achieve qualification requirements and apprenticeship standards
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Build strong relationships with employers and industry partners
- Support curriculum development and learning resource creation
- Participate in quality assurance activities where appropriate
- Level 3 Plumbing qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds Advanced Craft or equivalent)
- Industry experience within Plumbing and/or Gas
- Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and support learners of varying abilities
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
- £32,896 - £41,592 per annum
- 37 hours per week
