Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)
Marble Talent is proud to be partnering with a leading name in the M&E sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor who will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile projects across the business.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic commercial team involved in impactful, multi-sector developments including residential care villages, hotels, and innovative client-led schemes.

You’ll provide full commercial oversight and support across projects, ensuring all contractual and financial matters are proactively managed. Reporting into the Commercial Manager/Director, you’ll be a trusted commercial partner to the wider project and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all commercial activities during design and pre-construction phases.

* Support tender bid compilation, AMP submission, and early contractor engagement.

* Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.

* Prepare and submit interim valuations and financial reports.

* Manage contract variations and final account agreements.

* Administer and issue subcontractor payment notices in compliance with contract terms.

* Support strategic decision-making through regular financial reporting.

* Ensure contractual obligations and programme timelines are met.
