My client is a fast‑growing, award‑winning Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Transport Planning consultancy working across residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors. You will join a collaborative team delivering fast‑paced and technically challenging schemes for developers, architects and local authorities.

In this Senior Civil Engineering Technician role, you will be:

• Working within a Civil Engineering design team delivering drainage systems, highway layouts and S278/S38 schemes
• Supporting engineers with project work across a variety of project types and stages
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development
• Producing and reviewing drawings using AutoCAD and Site 3D
• Working closely with developers, architects and local authorities within a design‑office environment
• Improving team processes through knowledge‑sharing activities
• Applying sound technical principles to identify and resolve design challenges
• Completing work with due consideration for quality, safety and environmental impact

To be considered for this Senior Civil Engineering Technician position, you will ideally have:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and Site 3D (preferred)
• Experience using vehicle tracking software for a range of manoeuvres
• Experience working with local authorities, developers and architects
• A degree or HND in Civil Engineering (preferred but not essential)
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• A proactive approach to CPD and continuous professional development

Your salary will be £35,000 - £42,000 per year dependent on experience, reflecting your capability as a Senior Civil Engineering Technician. You will also benefit from:
