Technical Manager
Fareham (commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Chichester, Winchester, Worthing, Petersfield, Bournemouth, Poole)
£50,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits
We are a nationally‑renowned HVAC manufacturing company with over 50 years of expertise. This new role offers progression to senior management and autonomy over your diary and projects.
Responsibilities- Oversee all technical processes – Operations, Design and Project Management.
- Design, engineer and build Refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Deliver large‑scale projects within the HVAC / Refrigeration sector.
- Design, engineering or project management experience.
- Senior experience preferred.
- Can commute to Fareham.
- Progression into senior management.
- Training and benefits package.
- Modern, fully‑equipped facility.
Work Monday & Friday, office‑based, with opportunities for career growth.
