Overview

Mechanical Engineer – Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program  program starts in September 2026 with a role in Titchfield (UK) within the Fuels product Engineering team of the Aerospace organization. The program includes rotational assignments across various locations and business areas in the EMEA region, with potential second-year assignments in Ireland, Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic, or the Netherlands.

The site relocation to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe.

• Support the design, development and qualification of fuel systems equipment for an in-development aircraft platform as a project engineer within the Fuels product Engineering team.
• Act as a project engineer embedded in a strategic customer program, contributing to project milestones and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage in rotational assignments across locations and disciplines to develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.

• Currently possesses, or will have obtained, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering, with graduation date no later than August 2026.
• Maximum 3 years of professional experience (including internships) in mechanical engineering, and up to 3 years after graduation.
