• Support underwriters in delivering excellent service to mortgage brokers
• Type, collate, and send mortgage offers to customers and solicitors
• Perform administrative tasks including:
  • Scanning, storing, and sending documents
  • Allocating documents correctly
  • Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
  • Handling phone calls with solicitors and brokers
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards
• Adhere to data governance and regulatory policies

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
