What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll:

• Be a friendly first point of contact for client enquiries.
• Prepare review packs and client letters.
• Create suitability reports and perform tax calculations.
• Collaborate closely with financial planners.
• Submit accurate applications and maintain client records.
• Support general office tasks like scanning and filing.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who:

• Have experience in financial services (paraplanning or administration).
• Are qualified or working toward a Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Are confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Can write clear, client-friendly technical reports.
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
