Key Responsibilities Contact warm inbound enquiries and leads provided directly. Conduct structured fact-finding calls to understand client needs, funding requirements and business circumstances. Request all supporting financial documentation required for lender assessment. Present finance proposals clearly and confidently to clients. Guide customers through the full application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
