Commerical Management Accountant

As Commercial Management Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of a business that’s niche, incredibly supportive and proud of its staff retention. You’ll enjoy a modern working environment, study support, and a benefits package that actually means something. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Producing monthly management accounts, preparing and analysing profit and loss, and providing actuals reporting against budget with commentary Breaking down P&L into operational and department categories, interrogating results, and supporting reforecasting and budgeting Calculating and understanding fuel prices and customer recharges Working with large data sets to provide detailed MI for senior management review Reviewing operational costs and supporting with ad hoc analysis Supporting process improvement, efficiency, and automation within MS Dynamics

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role (Assistant Management Accountant, Management Accountant, Finance Analyst) Good understanding of technology and a passion for interpreting numbers Strong Excel skills, comfortable with Xlookups, Pivots, and advanced formulas Early stages of ACCA or CIMA study, or QBE with relevant experience A mindset for making improvements and settling into the role for the next few years What you will get:
