Join an innovative manufacturing business in Fareham as an Accounts Payable Assistant. This temporary role offers a practical opportunity to hone your finance skills within a supportive team, while gaining exposure to advanced systems and processes. The company prides itself on fostering a proactive culture and is currently seeking a dedicated temporary assistant to support their finance function during a key transition period.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the end-to-end processing of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring timely payments by maintaining supplier relationships and resolving discrepancies.
- Supporting month-end processes and contributing to overall accounts reconciliation.
- Collaborating with the finance team to deliver reliable reporting and process improvements.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or finance administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and finance systems
Reliable with the ability to prioritise tasks effective. - A proactive team player with good communication skills.
- Standard working hours, Monday to Friday
- Immediate start available with a duration of 1-2 months.
- Salary will be dependent on experience.
