As a Live-in Care Professional with Home Instead, you will live in the client's home for an agreed rotation, providing high-quality, one-to-one care while ensuring appropriate rest time. You will deliver person-centered care, supporting dignity, independence and emotional wellbeing, and build a meaningful and trusting relationship with the client and their family.

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting daily living activities
• Assisting with medication in line with care plans

• Meal preparation and light household tasks

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging social engagement and meaningful activities
• Supporting attendance at appointments
• Maintaining accurate daily records and communication with the office team and family

• Previous experience in live-in care is essential
• Confident supporting clients with complex health needs
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
