You’ll be working in our Civil & Structural engineering division, connecting talented engineers with major UK infrastructure projects. Your focus will be on:

• Building relationships with engineering candidates across the UK
• Sourcing talent through Linked In, networking, and headhunting
• Creating compelling job adverts to attract top candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  
  Negotiating offers that work for both candidates and clients

Work with prestigious consulting engineers, local authorities, county councils, and government organisations on major infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.

• Eligible to live and work in the UK
• Able to commute to our Fareham office Monday-Friday
• Excellent telephone manner
