£25,155 per annum

Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster as part of Project Selborne, a transformational training programme modernising Royal Navy training.

• Distribute Personal Electronic Devices and accessories to students on specified courses.
• Maintain student allocation logs for issued devices.
• Set up and maintain student profiles on the mobile device management system (JAMF).
• Configure and maintain course profiles on the mobile device system.
• Process and maintain new app requests.
• Ensure electronic and physical cleaning of devices upon return from students.
• Perform password resets and raise issues to second line support.
• Package and return any failed devices to the supplier for repair.

• Proficiency in using IT hardware and software within the workplace.
• Strong administrative abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
