Randstad Technologies Recruitment is looking for an IT Service Desk Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations in Fareham. The position involves leading a team of Service Desk Analysts and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the support team.
The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365 and a solid understanding of ITIL principles. The role is on-site 4 days a week and offers a contract of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
