Core Competencies & Expertise

• Leadership & Supervision:
  Demonstrated background in a supervisory, Senior Analyst, or Team Lead capacity within a structured IT support landscape.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong technical knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and fundamental networking protocols including VPNs and TCP/IP.
• ITIL Framework Alignment:
  Solid grasp of core ITIL foundation principles, particularly Problem, Request, and Incident Management.
• Analytical Troubleshooting:
  Ability to apply logical problem-solving techniques and maintain composure when managing critical service disruptions.
• Communication Skills:
  Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven capacity to translate complex technical jargon for non-technical users.

Key Functional Focus

• Knowledge Cultivation:
